Making The Switch is all about taking one step at a time. Here listed are simple things you can do right now by switching out unhealthy habits for good ones. These things listed will make the biggest difference in your overall health.

DO NOT try and make every switch at once.

It will be too overwhelming and you could be discouraged from the beginning. Remember, one step at a time.

They say it takes 21 days to create a habit. All I ask is that you choose ONE idea, just one, and do it for 21 days or until you do not miss it anymore or have the feeling you that are “suffering.”

I DO NOT teach dieting.

I believe in making small sustainable changes in the way you eat along with periodic fasting and cleanses.  These small changes and habits all combine beautifully to create a healthy lifestyle.

So, lets begin and Make The Switch!

  1. Simply choose one focus item below that is the most prevalent in your life.
  2. Then, once you have completely made the switch in that area, come back to this list and choose another item. 
  3. Repeat this process until you’ve completed everything on the list.

Always remember, this is a journey, so enjoy it!

Some common in the kitchen switches:

Drinking Carbonated Beverages?

Our bodies are 70% water, this is a huge factor in how your body unions and in your health physically. For your vibration and energy the kinds of liquids you put in will either lower or raise your frequency.

Using Vegetable or Canola Oil?

This one will make a huge difference in your health. Simply choose a raw coconut oil- this means it hardens at room temperature, or a cold pressed olive oil. The thing you need to know about coconut oil, is that there is a difference in how it is processed to leave the most nutrients in tact as possible. If you see any “yellowing” at the bottom, that is not the process you want. So choose a good one!

Some common Personal Hygiene Switches:

Your skin is the largest organ of your body.

What you put on your skin goes straight into your blood stream.

A rule of thumb is: if you cant eat it don’t put it on your skin.

The reason to switch out some beauty products is because woman on average put on 168-515 chemicals on their body everyday.

These toxins go into your cells and make them sick, they mutate the DNA and make them go crazy and start to metastasize, which is what cancer is. It is cells that have been overloaded, and the DNA corrupted by toxins. You want to eliminate this as much as possible.

When you are exposed to the occasional toxin, you can do a cleanse to help your body dump the toxins. These toxins lower your frequency and make your body susceptible to diseases of a low vibration.

Using Paraben Lotions?

I started with lotions on my journey because it is what we use the most, on our children and babies, plus you put it all over your body. Parabens are a cancer causing ingredients that are in most beauty products, especially lotions. Along with so many other chemicals you do not want in your blood stream.

What is Aluminum Doing in Deodorant?

More and more research and studies are coming out of how Alzheimers is linked to aluminum. All the pot and pans we use to cook with, canned food, tinfoil and in our products, and the biggest one is deodorant. Deodorant is something we don’t want to live without, but it goes right under the arm everyday, and for women this is right next to the breast and causing those cells damage by making them toxic.
