This tutorial was added because parasites are everywhere are so easily contracted

The best thing to get rid of and prevent parasites is to have a clean and healthy gut. Try to NOT eat the foods and things that feed them like: eggs, dairy products such as milk, cheese, butter, and yogurt, as well as gluten and canola oil, animal products, processed and junk food. These also damage the digestive system and the gut, this might be a good long term change to start making.

They also love heavy metals that get stored in the gut. This is their main source of food. Heavy metals are not only food for parasites but for bad bacteria, viruses, fungi, and worms. I would start on that cleanse, if you would like more information on that you can check out the Body Restore- Heavy Metal Cleanse.

You DO want to eat lots of greens and green juices (watch the sugar content is not more than 8g) and vegetables and a little bit of fruit is what you want to eat. Also adding in garlic and onions will help kill off worms and parasites.

Most of the time we come in contact with parasites from our water, this makes up about 50% of how we contract them. They are also in our foods and soil. The eggs can live under our fingernails for months. It is very important to know where your water is coming from, and if it is clean. It is also important to know where your food comes from, and to wash your produce. Once in the body, parasites cause so many symptoms. Most people have them and do not even know it. Here are five symptoms listed and there is more listed in the protocol:

10 Signs You May Have a Parasite
  1. You have unexplained constipation, diarrhea, gas, or other symptoms of IBS
  2. You traveled internationally and remember getting traveler’s diarrhea while abroad
  3. You have a history of food poisoning and your digestion has not been the same since.
  4. You have trouble falling asleep, or you wake up multiple times during the night.
  5. You get skin irritations or unexplained rashes, hives, rosacea or eczema.
If this sounds like you there are tests that you can get at the hospital to see if you do have parasites and which kind

With the tests now days (stool samples), a lot of times they will say you have a parasite but what looks like signs of parasites is VERY close to the die off casings of viruses and bacteria. If you have not seen any parasites or felt them then start with the Virus and Bacteria Cleanse first.

If you have seen them and know you have them, then this might help you. Parasites have SO many different shapes and sizes. Most live in your intestine and they can go all the way into your liver for your digestive system, but they can also be in your brain, eyes and blood stream. They are very difficult to get rid of but not impossible. You have to do cleansing in phases for parasites because of the egg cycle. The process of completely killing them off can takes months or longer because of the egg cycle, and also depends on each individual.

You can download/print the protocol here to follow the video

Parasites come in ALL shapes and sizes, some you can not see at all and some are a foot long, but if you are wondering what one might look like- here is an example for you from a client:
