Almond and Coconut Butter Balls
These are so easy to make and an easy grab for the kids. With good fats and no sugar, you can have these on a Candida Cleanse. You can go all out and make your own Coconut Butter or Almond Butter or just buy them. You do have to put them in the fridge after you make them to have the butter re-solidify and hold their shape, so do not skip that. Keep in air tight container.
- ½ cup almond butter. (You can make your own. See note below)
- ½ cup coconut butter (You can make your own. See note below)
- 10 drops liquid stevia
- ¼ cup oat flour (simply add oats to blender and blend till smooth)
- Melt the almond butter, coconut butter, and liquid stevia together in pan.
- Remove from heat and mix in oat flour. Roll in balls and refrigerate till hard.
