Macaroon Cookies
Easy recipe to make ahead and keep int he freezer when that sweet tooth hits you. Add the bite of chocolate on the bottom is easy for when you get that chocolate craving. These little cookies are out to fulfill their mission and help you get over the sugar cravings.
- 2 cups raw almonds
- 2 cups unsweetened coconut
- 1/3 cups raw honey
- 1/3 cups coconut oil
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- Mix all together in food processor and roll into balls.
- Refrigerate one hour and store in fridge.
- Variation: Add 1/3 cups cocoa and 6 drops stevia to make chocolate macaroon cookies
