Vanilla has been so expensive the last few years. I started making my own and was giving away bottles as gifts and then that stoped. For my own sake, I could not believe how much they were selling the cheap fake vanillas for. Now that prices are down, I am happy to offer the vanilla in the High Vibe Store. I have found in this process how different your vanilla can turn our with different kinds of beans. This Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla is made with just that. The color is dark and rich, but there is no added food coloring. Which is the main ingredient you want to avoid with vanilla.

When I first moved out of the house and saw how much vanilla was at the store I was shocked. Little did I know that those were not even real vanillas. This Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla is made with 2 simple ingredients: Madagascar Bourbon beans and a potato grain based alcohol. The choice of vodka costs me dearly but it is important to have the best ingredients to have the best products. Plus, we want to avoid anything corn with we are putting it in our bodies.
