When eating vegan or vegetarian, people are concerned first with their protein intake. Really, there are SO many ways to get in protein. Granted blood type plays a part and we all have our different needs, it is about finding the balance for us.

This hot cereal mixture is a beautifully balanced blends of the ancient grains of Amaranth, Quinoa, Hulled Millet, Coconut Sugar and Himalayan Pink Salt.
HERE ARE THE DIRECTIONS:
The ratio for mix to water is 2:1. A serving size is 1/2 cup. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil and and then add your cereal, and bring back to a boil. Turn on to low heat and cover with a lid. If you want a softer cereal, you can soak the cereal for 2 min in the water and then bring to a boil or add 1/4 cup more water.
The salt and sweetener are already added to your mix, but you can add in 1/2 tsp of vanilla if you want to get fancy.
Serve with fresh almond milk or milk of choice. Top with fresh fruit and if you want it to be a little more sweet, drizzle with honey, agave or raw maple syrup. Enjoy!
