This Morning Cereal is an easy way to get you going in a couple of hours. First thing in the morning is best to drink 8oz of water and do some breath work. After 30 minutes start your day off with the vibration you want to carry with you through the day, by being conscious of what you first put into your stomach. Sounds like a perfect morning right? Ok we all know all morning do not go this way. You can make this the day before and have it in the fridge ready to grab as you walk out the door.
If you feel sluggish, and you do not experience regular bowel movements, this is an easy solution for you that will not make your gut dependent on it. This is especially good after having a baby, with medications that constipate, or had a bad weekend of bad food. Maybe you have never been regular and do not know what that feels like. A good rule of thumb is: if you eat 3x a day, you should be going 3x a day. With clients before we do any cleanses etc. I at least get them to the point where they are going once a day first.

MORNING CEREAL INGREDIENTS:
Only organic from the earth seeds of pumpkin, buckwheat, sunflower, and walnut:
Walnuts are a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin E, and B vitamins specifically: vitamin B6, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, and folate. As well as minerals such as calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, sodium, and zinc. Walnuts are a brain food and also high in omega-3s which reduces inflammation, and reduces LDL (bad) cholesterol in the body.
Pumpkin seeds are a good source of fiber, protein, omega-6 fats, vitamin K, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper. They are high in antioxidants and improve prostate and bladder health. They are also good for the heart and can lower blood sugar levels.
Buckwheat is rich in fiber. Which means buckwheat is good for regular bowel movements and reduces the potential for experiencing symptoms such as constipation. Buckwheat can also help in controlling blood sugar levels and contains flavonoids for heart health. It is a good source of protein, zinc, copper and manganese and good fats.
Sunflower seeds are high in Vitamin E which is good for the skin. They are also high in vitamin B6, iron, copper, selenium, manganese, and zinc. This means they lower your risk of you developing diseases like high blood pressure or heart disease. They reduce inflammation in the body, and also contain nutrients that can support your immune system and boost your energy levels.
HOW DO I MAKE MY MORNING CEREAL?
Simply put 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Morning Cereal mixture in a cup and cover it with 1 cup of water. (or fill the cup to the top, this is not a hard amount, it just needs to be covered 2″ above the cereal.) Let it soak over night- DO NOT skip the soaking.
The seeds are hard when dry but soaking them makes them all soft, and sprouts them to deliver water to the gut. In the morning, rinse it off well with fresh water. Then put the soaked nuts into a bowl and add dried fruit, honey, cinnamon and milk. You can add whatever you like!
